** NOTE please contact us prior to sending any return to us. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you will need to include with your proof of purchase. Both are required for a refund to be processed.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product within the first 30 days after purchase simply return it for a full refund. We will return all products within 30 days for a full refund. [Customers are responsible for shipping back to our facility for refund.]

We at times, reserve the right in certain cases to offer partial refunds - such as:

• Return not started within first 30 days
• Damaged items
• Missing parts
• Items not in original condition

Once we have received your return we will review all the included items and notify you of the status. Within 30 days of us receiving your item/s any refund (full or partial) we be applied to the same credit card or payment method used in the original sale. Shipping charges can not be refunded.

• Customers are responsible for shipping back to our facility for refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items when being shipped back to our facility. We suggest acquiring tracking and insurance if need to protect you return item.

• All items marked as discontinued are Final Sale and can not be returned.

Warranty

We have a limited lifetime warranty against Manufacturer defects for the life of the product. If you have an item that has become defective under normal conditions or suggested use please email us. 

• We may use replacement parts or a full replacement of all parts to make up a products warranty replacement. Each of the components that make up a product will be handled individually in the warranty process. We will replace all of the parts that have become defective under the limited lifetime warranty

• Items that fall within the warranty program can not be returned for a refund - (for refunds see 30 day return policy above on this page). 

• Small rattle noise inside bottle. This sound is actually from part of the Manufacturing process and is normal. This small noise was created when they preformed the vacuum insulating process and will not affect the performance of the bottle or insulation values.

• If applicable and approved on certain occasions items can be exchanged for a similar item.- [Customer pays return shipping if warranty exchange is approved] 

• Obsolete models. If your product/s has been discontinued or updated to a newer model your product/s original price will be applied to the new model/ product. If the newer model is more expensive the customer will have to pay the difference or retain a store credit for the original products purchase price to obtain the warranty. - [We can not refund your product after the initial 30 days]
